WACO, Texas — After defeating the No. 68 Wildcats in their first Big 12 Championship match, the Cougars will take on the Knights later today.
Earlier this season, UCF narrowly defeated BYU 4-3 after Bobo Huang lost her match off a let-serve ace from her opponent. The Cougars look to even the score later today.
UCF women's tennis athletes Olivia Lincer (No. 98) and Sophia Biolay (No. 112) are nationally ranked in singles, and doubles team Hannah Rylatt / Olivia Lincer (No. 41) is nationally ranked in doubles.
Kendall Kovick and Chelsea Bluestein defeated Rylatt and Lincer when the teams faced each other in the regular season. Grace Levelston defeated Biolay, and Huang narrowly lost to Lincer in three sets.
A victory against the Knights would give BYU a spot in the quarterfinals, where the team would face the winner of the match between No. 17 Oklahoma State and No. 35 Arizona State.
BYU's match against UCF will be streamed at noon MDT on ESPN+ and PlaySight. Check the BYU women's tennis schedule for links to livestreams and live stats.
