IRVING, Texas — The Big 12 Conference announced Diljeet Taylor as the Women's Cross Country Coach of the Year for the second-straight season Thursday afternoon.
During the 2024 season, Taylor led her squad to an NCAA championship, Mountain Region championship and second-straight Big 12 championship. She also coached Lexy Halladay-Lowry, Riley Chamberlain and Carmen Alder to All-America honors. In Taylor's nine years at BYU, she has guided nine women to 19 cross country All-America awards.
Taylor was also named NCAA Mountain Region Coach of the Year for the third time (2019 & 2020-21, 2024) and NCAA Women's National Coach of the Year for the second time (2020-21, 2024).
