PROVO, Utah – BYU women’s golf is set to compete at the Blessings Collegiate Invitational in Fayetteville, Ark. from Sept. 30-Oct. 2 at Blessings Golf Club.
The Cougs are coming off a third place team finish and a T-2 individual finish from Maria Jose “MJ” Barragan at the Red Raider Invitational last week.
This week’s starting lineup includes senior Alexa Udom, sophomores Maria Jose “MJ” Barragan, Whitney Banz and Lilly DeNunzio as well as freshman Kanyanol (Naji) Aramkul.
BYU will compete in a field of 10 teams that includes host Arkansas, Kansas State, Kent State, LSU, Louisville, Mississippi State, Missouri, Ohio State and Virginia Tech.
The 54-hole championship will be spread across three 18-hole days, with the first round starting on Monday, the second round on Tuesday and the final round teeing off on Wednesday.
