PROVO, Utah — BYU football concluded its third week of spring practice on Saturday morning.
The Cougars practiced special teams early and spent the majority of the session in a scrimmage format with several players getting live reps.
Head coach Kalani Sitake, safety Talan Alfrey and offensive lineman Connor Pay spoke with members of the media following Saturday's practice.
"I thought the offense did a really good job today and scored a lot of points," Sitake said. "The defense had their moments but overall I thought the offense had the upper hand today. It's a good back and forth right now. It's spring ball, that's expected. "
