PROVO, Utah — BYU men’s and women’s swimming is set to compete at the 2024 CSCAA National Invitational Championship March 14-16 at Florida Aquatics Swimming and Training in Ocala, Florida.

The CSCAA (College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America) National Invitational Championship provides a final collegiate meet of the season for athletes who came up short of qualifying for NCAA Championships.
BYU will compete 14 athletes across 30 events in Ocala this week.

The BYU women will also compete in the 200, 400 and 800 free relays as well as the 200 medley relay. The BYU men will appear in the 200 and 400 free relays along with the 200 and 400 medley.
A season ago, BYU men’s swimming finished ninth at the NIC in Elkhart, Indiana, while the women finished 36th. Mackenzie Lung is the Cougars’ top returning individual from the meet's 2023 edition. Lung took ninth in last season’s NIC women’s 100 breast final.
