PROVO, Utah — Coming off a perfect score of 15 at the Autumn Classic, BYU women's cross country heads to Oregon to race in the Bill Dellinger Invitational Friday afternoon.

The No. 7 Cougars will see their first major test of the season as they face off against No. 10 Oregon and No. 20 Oregon State. UCLA, Portland, San Diego State, Montana and Idaho will also be at the meet.

The last time the BYU women ran at the Bill Dellinger Invitational was in 2019, taking home a first-place finish with Whittni Orton also taking home the individual title. Three runners on this year's competed at the meet in 2019: Aubrey Frentheway, Anastaysia Davis and Alissa Fielding

The 6,000-meter race will be held at Pine Ridge Golf Club in Springfield, Oregon.

Following the Bill Dellinger Invitational, the Cougars will travel to Virginia as they preview this year's NCAA championship course on Oct. 14.
