PROVO, Utah - BYU baseball head coach Mike Littlewood announced the signing of seven student-athletes to letters of intent on Wednesday.
The signees hail from Arizona, Arkansas, California, Utah and Washington.
"This is a relatively small signing class for us, but each one of these guys will have a chance to contribute right away," Littlewood said.
Colton Easton

Highland, Utah / College of Southern Idaho
Easton will return to the Cougars after gaining valuable experience at the College of Southern Idaho. Easton was a backup catcher at BYU in 2019.
Coach Littlewood: “Colton has tremendous leadership skills and competes his tail off. He's exactly what we're looking for at the catching position.”
Cole Gambill

Highland, Utah / SLCC
As a freshman last year at Salt Lake Community College, Gambill hit .322 with 16 doubles, four triples and six home runs, leading the team with 47 RBI. He was named All-SWAC First Team and an Expedition League All-Star.
Coach Littlewood: “Cole has the potential to be a five-tool prospect. I believe he will make an Immediate impact for us both in the outfield and as a middle-of-the-order type hitter."
Gavin Glasgow
INF / 6-0 / 195
Little Rock, Ark. / Joe T. Robinson HS
Glasgow helped the Senators to a conference championship and was named to the Perfect Game 17U World Series All-Tourney Team this summer.
Coach Littlewood: “We have watched Gavin play for many years and he continues to get better and better. He's a strong kid that can really hit. He will eventually be a middle-of-the-order bat and play one of the infield corners.”

An All-League First Team and News Tribune 2019 All-Area Second Team selection out of Todd Beamer High School, Plunkett will play a year at Centralia College before joining the Cougars.
Coach Littlewood: “Coach Haring and I saw Trystan pitch this summer and were both very excited about his upside. He's very athletic and his arm really works. He'll gain valuable experience at Centralia College and should be ready to step in and contribute next season.”
